Based on the Scottish island of Cumbrae, we offer classes in Yoga and Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) both in groups and one to one. We also offer coaching for individuals and groups, either in person on online.
The class is 1.5 hours and will include asanas (physical yoga) with some breathing (pranayama) and relaxation (yoga nidra). Classes are held in the Age Concern Hall, at the Garrison in Millport.
The first session follows a small amount of preparation by the client and is normally an hour long to go through the package and discuss input preparation. Subsequent sessions are normally 30 to 45 minutes and are usually held via Zoom, Whatsapp video or telephone, but can be held in person as necessary.
